Drop off and collection times by appointment are Monday to Friday between 10am to 12pm and 4pm to 6pm. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays 11am to 3pm Please note, we are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day We are only closed for visitors, we will still take bookings and look after your cats on these days. (Requested times cannot be guaranteed until confirmed) We try to allow 30 minutes between customers, but we will try to be as flexible as possible in accommodating your requirements. You are still welcome to call for earlier collections if you return before the day or time booked. Please note, we do not take cats in before 10am on any day.
